Hopes/Preteam     Compulsory Teams     Optionals Teams

If you are interested in our team program please contact us for more information, evaluation, and and/or to receive a team handbook and booster club handbook.

Our team approach and positive atmosphere will not only give our competitive team members the physical abilities needed to succeed, but will also teach your child to work hard, set and achieve goals, work through frustrations and setbacks, and to take risks. We hope that they will learn valuable lessons and know the meaning and worth of dedication and work ethic, and develop the confidence that will help them accomplish their goals.

We take pride in having a positive, safe, and state of the art training facility to allow each of our team members:

Our team program consists of Hopes and Preteam, as well as the competitive USAG Levels 4-10. We will also participate in the TOPS program, which stands for Talent Opportunity Program for ages 7-11 year olds.

Hopes/ PreTeam:

Our goals for our Pre-team program are to help prepare our younger gymnasts for the competitive levels. Our goal is to have a fun and challenging environment, and work on improving basic gymnastics skills, flexibility and overall strength.

Compulsory Levels 4-6

USAG Levels 4-6 are the compulsory levels and are progressive in nature and, building upon the skills required at the previous level. The competitive season is in the Fall and finishes with the USA Gymnastics State Championships.

Optional Levels 7-10

These levels are the highest levels of the USA Junior Olympic Program. Level 7 and 8 are the beginner optional levels and have difficulty restrictions, while Levels 9-10 have no restrictions in the skill choice. It is the optional levels where the gymnasts compete and can possibly be considered for a college scholarship.

TOP (TALENT OPPORTUNITY PROGRAM)

This program is a talent search and educational program for female gymnasts from the ages of 7-11 and their coaches. During the month of June and July gymnasts aged 7-11 are evaluated on physical abilities at the state or regional level. From there, athletes are invited to participate in the National TOP test that is conducted in the month of October where they will be evaluated on the same physical abilities tests along with some basic gymnastics skills. Athletes are then invited to participate in the National TOP Training camp, which takes place in December of each year.
