Competitive Teams > Hopes/Preteam
Our developmental programs are geared toward training our young gymnasts toward competitive levels of gymnastics. We offer an Advanced Preschool Class (invitation only), Hopes Group, and Preteam Group.
Advanced Preschool (4-6 year olds): this is an invitation only class that will work basic gymnatics skills, as well as work to improve strength and flexibilty. The goal is get our little, strong gymnasts on the right track to Level 4. This class meets once a week for 2 hours.
Hopes: (6 & up): this is a Preteam level as well, but only meets once a week. This class will emphasize the basic skills, conditioning and flexibilty. This class meets once per week for 2 1/2 hours.
Preteam: (5 & up): This group works to improve basic skills, works on level 4 skills, and also will also spend a lot of time on strength and flexibility. This is the group that is right below our competitive team.
