Tuition
Our tuition is divided into 5 terms. The tuition amount is the same for all 5 terms. Our tution policy is similar to
colleges. Current Students have priority over New Students. The tuition for Current Students is due on or before the
Priority Deadline in order to keep current class.
Registration Fee
We have a $40 annual registration fee per child and a maximum fee of $75 per family due at time of initial registration,
and then annually. This fee is required and is non-refundable.
Payments
We will send out an invoice 2 weeks before the Priority Deadline, in order to remind everyone that payment is due for
the next Term. We have various ways to make a payment for classes. We will have a payment drop off box (please include
invoice to insure we get correct information), online credit card payment, or payment at the front desk.
Priotity Deadline
This is the date tuition is due for current students. Current Students must pay by this date to guarantee their current
class spot for the next term, or they will have forfeited their class spot and New or Previous Students are placed into
the class. The priority deadline is 2 weeks before the end of the term.
- Please note: Current Students MUST request a class change before the Priority Deadline. It does not guarantee a spot in the class, but will give you priority over New Students.
Priority Deadlines for Terms:
- Term 2: September 25th
- Term 3: November 20th
- Term 4: January 29th
- Term 5: March 26th
New Students
New Students can register at anytime during a term and classes missed will be prorated.
Missed Classes/Make-Up Policy
If you miss a class we will try to accommodate you. We allow for 1 makeup class per term. All make-up classes must be
scheduled in advance in order to prevent overcrowding a class. We do not refund money for missed classes, just like a
college or private school, your tuition pays for a class spot, regardless of attendance.
Inclement Weather
We will follow Chatham County School System for any weather cancellations, however, we will re-evaluate the situation
throughout the day and determine if we will open for afternoon classes. Please check our website and/or our voicemail
for updated information. A makeup class will be offered if we must close due to the weather.
